Aetna PPO, Anthem B/CB/S PPO some plans, Empire B/C B/S, Cigna PPO, CSEA, Delta Dental PPO (most plans), GHI/Emblem health PPO, Healthplex PPO (many plans), MetLife PPO, Sel-Dent PPO, Sel-Dent PPO and UFT and SIDs we don't participate but we accept their fee schedule.

Nitrous Oxide (sweet air) is available upon request. Dr. Izen performs both cosmetic and restorative dentistry including implant restoration, extensive crown and bridgework, Lumineers and Invisalign.
