The Dental office of Dr. Julie A. Izen was founded in 1996 by with the vision of creating a dental practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care. The staff and hygienists at the Office of Dr. Julie Izen are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly. We understand that for many, visiting a dentist can be a stressful experience. Julie A. Izen D.M.D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport in 1988. She then graduated from University of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1994.
Julie is a proud member of the Nassau County Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. She participates annually in "Give Kids a Smile" and other philanthropic activities of the Nassau County Dental Association.
Read MoreDr. Augenstein is a graduate of Central Blvd. Elementary School, JFK Jr. High School, and a 1970 graduate of Bethpage High School. He received his BA from Adelphi University and his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Upon his graduation, he returned to Bethpage to practice, first in the office his father started on Broadway and, in 1992, moving to the present location on Stewart Avenue. Dr. Augenstein is a member of the Nassau County Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He is also an active member and past officer of the Greater South Bay Study Club.

Dr. Mandell received his undergraduate degree from Suny Albany, and his DDS degree from Suny StonyBrook in 1981. He started practicing at his Plainview, New York practice in 1985. He is a member at The Nassau County Dental Society and New York State Dental Society and The American Dental Association.
